Open Knowledge Resources
Open Knowledge Resources are initiatives launched to support ongoing content creation, digitization processes, multimedia curation, as well as platform and workflow development. These new forms of open scholarship include encyclopedias, videos, and shared infrastructure that broaden what open access can include and who it can serve.

Open Knowledge Resources broaden the KU model to encyclopedias, digitization projects, primary-source archives, and open infrastructure. Each partner offers a distinct pathway for libraries to support new forms of scholarly communication.

2027–2028 Latest Thinking: Video Collection Climate Action
Concise, high-quality video publications that enable researchers to share their work with a broader audience. Presented by the authors themselves, each video is based on peer-reviewed research and reflects the ongoing questions, methods, and insights that are impacting the field.
Yiddish Book Center
This project opens access to one of the world’s most significant Yiddish collections, preserving historically print-only monographs from 1600–1940. Recommendations for additional titles or subject areas to be included in the growing archive are encouraged.
